What type of homes are being offered by MyHomeSource and where are they located?

• MyHomeSource searches the entire Twin Cities metro area for homes that would be suitable for the target market – first time home buyers, low to medium income and emerging market buyers.They will generally run in the $150,000 – $250,000 price range. 

Why is MyHomeSource paying a 4% commission to buyer’s agents?

• We believe that when you see some of these homes and show them to your clients, you’ll agree that they are in better condition and are a better value than the other homes on the market.  But, this requires an extra step on your part.  Visit the website to check and see if we’re offering a home that meets your clients’ needs.  The higher commission is simply an incentive for you to keep us top of mind when you’re looking for the best homes for your clients.

Will MyHomeSource homes also be listed on the MLS?

• Absolutely.  When you’re doing your searches for homes that meet the needs of your clients, we will have all of our homes listed on the MLS.  By checking the website, you will see at a glance which properties are ours.  Also, by registering for the e-mail updates, you’ll be reminded every time a new home is added to the MLS.
