Our mission is to work with Realtors, Lenders, Asset Managers, Non-Profits and Government Agencies to provide affordable homes for low to medium income and first time home buyers – and to help rebuild and revitalize neighborhoods and communities.

Our Story

MyHomeSource is based on the vision and direction of the founder, Bob Lux. His plan was to create a business that would address the unique circumstances of the real estate market during a period of unprecedented home foreclosures. Thousands of homes were sitting vacant and in need of renovation – and thousands of families were striving to achieve the dream of home ownership. MyHomeSource carefully selects homes, renovates them and offers them at reasonable prices. By putting together a committed team, we’re working to help families achieve their goals and rebuild communities.
